Event Details:

Event: TAMU-SPE Spring 2026 Career Enhancement Event (CEE)

Date/Time: Thursday 29 January 2026 | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CDT

Location: Hilton College Station & Conference Center – Bluebonnet Ballroom

801 University Dr E, College Station, TX 77840

Booth Set-up: Each company’s representatives will be given one 6'x30" table (unless delegated otherwise via sponsorship agreement) with black linens, two chairs, and a pipe and drape backdrop. Company booths will be labeled accordingly, and their locations will be communicated during the week of the event. Sponsoring companies will have the opportunity to begin selecting their preferred booth locations on Monday, 19 January.

Booth Materials: Companies are welcome to bring promotional materials for their booths. In the past, companies have brought T-shirts, flyers, banners, knick-knacks, and miscellaneous recruitment materials. Any companies wishing to ship their booth materials in advance can send them to the address below.*  All shipments need to be clearly labeled with your company’s name and an appropriate point of contact. Additionally, each shipment must include a (fully paid) return label so that our team can arrange return shipping to your company after the event. To ensure we can bring your materials to the Hilton on time, we request that all materials be received by Monday, 26 January.
